We are looking for an experienced project manager for an assignment in industrial product development, located in an R&D environment focusing on Development & Standards. The role is central to driving and delivering development projects related to gas turbine packages, with responsibility for ensuring that the work is carried out in a structured, efficient manner and in line with the organization's goals. You will be part of an established team with strong expertise in gas turbine development, working with both predictive and agile methodologies in an open and solution-oriented culture.

• Lead and manage development projects from start to delivery
• Be responsible for time, cost, and technical scope in projects
• Ensure delivery according to established scope, timeline, and budget
• Develop and maintain project plans (goals, strategy, staffing, timeline, risks, and resource allocation)
• Monitor progress and report status, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage changes and deviations and escalate to management if necessary
• Identify, manage, and minimize project and operational risks
• Lead, develop, and motivate the project team in daily work
• Collaborate with program managers and adjacent projects to ensure coherence and avoid overlap
• Ensure that project deliveries realize the benefits according to the established business case

• At least 3–4 years of experience as a project manager or in another relevant leadership role
• Experience in project management within R&D or technical development
• Experience or a good understanding of the gas turbine package area
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Technical background or knowledge of electrical systems
• Experience with mechanical systems and/or control systems
• Experience working in or leading agile projects
• Project management certification, such as PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2
