Forma Familjehem is looking for an engaged foster care consultant in Kronoberg!

As our new foster care consultant, you will have a unique opportunity to build and lead our operations in and around Växjö. You will play a central role in creating safe and warm homes for children and young people who need it the most.

Your responsibilities:

• Recruit and assess foster homes: Find, assess, and match foster homes with children and young people.
• Develop the operations: Shape and develop our operations in Kronoberg in line with the company's vision and values.
• Collaborate with partners: Build and strengthen relationships with social workers, guardians, and other key stakeholders.
• Support and develop foster homes: Coach and support foster homes in their work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a social worker or has another relevant academic background.
• Is driven and results-oriented. You take initiative and have the ability to work independently.
• Is relationship-building and communicative. You find it easy to build trust and collaborate with different people.
• Is flexible and solution-oriented. You can handle changes and find creative solutions to challenges.
• Has a genuine interest in the well-being of children and young people.
• Experience in leadership or business development is an advantage.
