About the job

I am a 40-year-old man with developmental disabilities, epilepsy, and physical disabilities. I need assistance with everything in my daily life to live a good life. I live in a ground floor apartment in a quiet area near the center of Örkelljunga. I would like to go out for wheelchair rides and practice walking with my walker. Three days a week, I attend a daily activity program, and my personal assistant is with me there. I enjoy singing and music and ride once a week.

We are looking for a summer substitute who can work according to a schedule during the summer. Before the summer, there is an opportunity to work extra if needed. I place great importance on personal suitability. Education and experience are advantageous.

You who are applying should:

Have great patience and a positive outlook on life

Be able to interpret my signals and assist me well even though I cannot express what I want and need

Be easy to collaborate with my other assistants

Be smoke-free

Not be allergic to horses

Be calm and responsible

Be independent and able to work alone with me

Be able to work day and night

Be physically strong

Be able to help me with all household tasks such as cleaning and cooking

Enjoy being outdoors regardless of the weather
