Job Description

We offer work in five different operations where you have the opportunity to make a difference:

• VoB Gillersgården, Hällefors
• VoB Fyrklövern, Hällefors
• Home Care Sörgården, Grythyttan
• Home Care Björkhaga, Hällefors
• Home Care Helheten, Hällefors

Together, we create memorable moments for our care recipients and contribute to their well-being. With us, you have the chance to develop as a person and make a real difference.

Here are some of your main tasks that you will take on:

• Provide assistance with everything from hygiene and dressing to meals and cleaning.
• Create safety and joy through conversations, contact with relatives, activities, and a warm presence.
• Administer medication and other interventions under the delegation of licensed personnel.
• Use our systems, Intraphone, to smoothly plan and execute your tasks as well as the documentation system viva.
• Provide support according to each care recipient's needs and unique circumstances.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is positive, responsible, cooperative, and has an empathetic ability.
• Is attentive and respectful in interactions with care recipients and colleagues.
• Has the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Requirements:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can read, document, and communicate in Swedish.
• You have basic computer skills.
• A B driver's license is required for certain positions.

Meritorious:

• Experience in elderly care or similar work.
• High school education in health and care (e.g., nursing assistant training).
• Experience with documenting in digital systems.

Work Periods and Conditions

Work Periods:

• Period 1: Week 25–28.
• Period 2: Week 29–32.
• All summer: Week 25–32.

Conditions

Working hours are scheduled and include days, evenings, weekends, and awake nights. You will work according to the municipal agreements that provide you with secure and fair conditions.
