Personal assistant needed for a happy and charming 2-year-old boy!

We are now looking for a secure, responsible, and dedicated personal assistant for a happy and charming 2-year-old boy with cerebral palsy. The boy needs help with all aspects of daily life, and the work is done in close collaboration with the family.

The job is both meaningful and demanding, and is suitable for you who are calm, structured, and secure in yourself, even in challenging situations.

About the position

As a personal assistant, you will support the boy in his daily life, including:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Tube feeding and medication
• Transfers and carrying (very important as the boy does not like to be lying in bed or sitting)
• Structure, routines, and security in daily life

The boy needs constant presence and support, and the work requires good physical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly and methodically.

The position includes day, evening, and night shifts according to a schedule, including active time at night.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has previous experience working with children
• Has experience with tube feeding, medication, and care
• Has a good ability to create structure, follow routines, and instructions
• Is calm, secure, attentive, and responsible
• Can handle a physically demanding job, including heavy lifting and carrying

It is a plus if you:

• Have previously worked as a personal assistant
• Have education or experience as a nursing assistant or similar
• Have experience working active nights
• Have experience working with children with disabilities
