About the role and your team:  

As a Databricks Engineer, you will work hands-on to design, build, and optimize data platforms that provide our clients with access to data-driven insights and decision support.

You will be part of our growing team of over 40 skilled specialists in Data & Analytics in Stockholm, and also part of our Nordic network. Your tasks may include:

• Developing and managing solutions in Databricks for large-scale data handling and analysis

• Working with AI and BI integrations to create business value

• Helping clients establish scalable and secure data lakehouse architectures and manage data governance using Unity Catalog

• Collaborating with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Contributing to internal initiatives such as workshops, knowledge sharing, or presales

We often work in Microsoft Azure, but we always choose the technology that best fits the assignment.

About you:   We are looking for someone with experience working with Databricks, who enjoys combining technical expertise with business understanding.

We are looking for someone with experience in some of the following areas:

• The Databricks platform: Delta Live Table, Unity Catalog

• Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake Storage)

• Data modeling and data architecture

• Programming in PySpark, Python & SQL

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code is a plus

As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented, and communicative. You have the ability to see the big picture, translate business needs into technical solutions, and enjoy sharing your knowledge. Previous experience as a consultant is a plus, as is an interest in AI.

You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
