As a Senior Solutions Designer at TGW, you will play a key role in transforming complex challenges into smart, scalable solutions that drive business success for our customers in Northern Europe.

As a Senior Solutions Designer, you are the technical point of contact for the customer and are responsible for creating innovative concepts during the sales phase that meet customer needs and set the standard for the best solutions in the industry. Your role includes:

• Leading technical dialogues with customers and being their primary technical contact
• Creating and delivering presentations, both internally and externally, during various project phases
• Analyzing and challenging customer requirements to ensure optimal solutions
• Conducting data and design analysis based on customer data
• Defining and evaluating solution options together with the Sales Project Manager and Solutions Designer coach
• Developing material flow diagrams, layouts, and total cost of ownership calculations to select the best option
• Determining logistics processes within TGW's scope and supporting Applications Engineering in solution layout
• Coordinating pricing, technical documentation, and technical handovers to realization
• Coaching and mentoring Solutions Designers and contributing to improved design processes
• Supporting sales strategy and driving project success through innovative, risk-optimized solutions

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• A university degree and good knowledge in mechanics, control systems, and IT logistics
• The ability to work on-site in Mölndal, a B driver's license, and flexibility to travel when needed
• The ability to produce clear and concise customer and internal presentations
• Experience working in multidisciplinary and international expert networks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Swedish and English
• Good coaching skills and the ability to support others in their development
• A results- and solutions-oriented mindset
• Market and cost efficiency thinking
• Several years of experience in logistics-based, integrated solution design or sales (preferable)
• Advanced knowledge of logistics automation, design, and the intralogistics industry with an understanding of key suppliers
