Carnex Meat & Charcuterie AB was founded in 1996 and has since produced meat products with care.

At Carnex, we work with the entire production chain, from start to finished product, which allows us to maintain the high standards our customers demand. You can find our products with wholesalers, restaurants, grocery stores, and directly with us in our stores located next to our production facilities in Malmö.

Carnex is expanding its lunch offerings with traditional dishes from the Balkans and is therefore looking for a cold kitchen assistant to strengthen our team.

The tasks include preparation of raw materials, preparation and arrangement of our meze plates, creation and cooking of simpler dishes, and desserts from the Balkans.

Preparation of salads as well as cleaning and dishwashing are also part of the job responsibilities.

It is appreciated if you have your own ideas and take initiative.

Experience in the field and proficiency in the Serbian-Croatian language is a plus.
