Buhres in Kivik is located by the harbor in Kivik on Österlen and consists of a fish and delicatessen shop, a smokehouse, and a restaurant with various serving areas.

Since 2016, Buhres has been part of the Lagnell Group, which operates the Laxbutikerna on the West Coast.

The goal is to develop and maintain a thriving workplace and destination where both guests and staff feel welcome and comfortable.

We are looking for early risers and cheerful cooks for the upcoming season who can help us prepare cold dishes for our various departments, primarily for our shop. Work shifts start as early as 07:00 and end in the early afternoon.

Your tasks will involve preparing food for these units. The range of dishes and products from the sea is extensive. We serve everything from shrimp sandwiches, smörrebröd, poké bowls, pies, wraps, various salads, desserts to various fish and seafood platters.

You are confident and self-sufficient in your professional role. You are positive and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Working in an organized and clean manner is natural for you.

Completed hotel and restaurant education and work experience are advantageous.

Position scope: 50-75%

Duration of the position: 1-3 months.

Start date: As agreed.

Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement.

OB and vacation compensation will be added on top of the hourly wage.
