Buhres in Kivik is located by the harbor in Kivik on Österlen and consists of a fish and delicatessen shop, a smokehouse, and a restaurant with various dining sections. Luckan offers homemade fast food, Buhres Bistro with drop-in and a wide seafood menu depending on the season, as well as our restaurant section Verandan where we have table service, theme evenings, events, and larger orders.

Since 2016, Buhres has been part of the Lagnell Group, which also owns and operates the Laxbutikerna on the west coast.

About the job

At Luckan, we serve fast food made from scratch. We fry herring, make mashed potatoes, prepare shrimp sandwiches, create sauces from our own recipes, take orders, handle the cash register, and much more.

At Luckan, you work in teams of 5-6 people. You will work 4 days one week and 3 days the next week. As a member of our team, you will receive teacher-led training in food hygiene from Anticimex. On-site training also occurs continuously, and regular staff are always close at hand to assist you.

Who are you?

You are a positive person who contributes to a good work environment. You want to do your utmost to ensure our guests have a great experience when they visit us. You prefer solutions over problems and enjoy working with food and people. You like to work in an organized and clean manner as good food hygiene is important.

The position is 75-100% and the working hours include days, evenings, and weekend work, but no later than 9:00 PM.

Start date: By agreement.

Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement.

OB and vacation compensation are added on top of the hourly wage.
