Best Western Valhall Park Hotel is a family-owned full-service hotel in Ängelholm with 70 rooms, a restaurant, conference facilities, and a spa. It should be fun to go to work, and we have a family-like atmosphere, care for each other, a lot of humor, good collaboration, are engaged, unpretentious, and have a strong guest focus.

We are looking for an operational assistant restaurant manager at 100% with extensive experience in the restaurant industry to join our wonderful team. With us, you will have a varied job that may include lunch and à la carte service, bar service, parties, memorials, and conference dinners. We are looking for a cheerful, responsible, engaged, and professional colleague who can work in a fast-paced environment. You put the guest first, are stress-resistant, and good at collaborating. In addition to working as a server in the restaurant, you will assist our restaurant manager with scheduling, staffing during absences, ordering beverages, supervising the service in the restaurant, training new employees, etc.

The position involves work during the day, evenings, and weekends. The employment is a probationary period with the possibility of permanent employment. Salary according to agreement. Start as soon as possible.
