We are looking for chefs and kitchen assistants for our Bistro for the upcoming season.

Buhres in Kivik is located by the harbor in Kivik on Österlen and consists of a fish and delicatessen shop, smokehouse, and restaurant with various dining areas.

Since 2016, Buhres has been part of the Lagnell Group, which owns and operates the Salmon Shops on the West Coast.

Our goal is to maintain and develop Buhres as a workplace and a destination. Our guests and staff should feel welcome and enjoy their time with us.

Job Description: Your tasks include preparing, cooking, and serving food at times in a high-paced environment to our guests in the Bistro. The usual kitchen tasks such as cleaning, dishwashing, and preparing staff meals are also included. You will be part of a team of 4-5 people who work closely together. The head chef and sous chef are also part of the team.

The working hours include day and evening shifts as well as weekend work.

Education/Experience: Restaurant education and 2 years of experience in the kitchen profession is desirable but not a requirement.

Position scope: 75-100%

Duration of the position: 3-6 months.

Start date: According to agreement.

Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement/according to agreement.

OB and vacation compensation will be added on top of the hourly wage.
