We are looking for a star who wants to work as a receptionist with us this summer in our wonderful team.

As a person, you are service-minded, engaged, and organized. You should be able to work independently and be willing to make your own decisions as solo work occurs.

You love meeting guests and have the ability to quickly build good relationships. You take initiative and have a good ability to see solutions. You can handle stressful situations while prioritizing the right things.

Varied working hours during the day, evening, and weekends.

Your tasks include the following:

• Check in and out guests in our system Jupiter.
• Coordinate all departments to meet our guests' wishes.
• Answer questions and be a helping hand for our hotel guests.
• Provide tourist information.
• Contribute to upselling.
• Receive bookings and respond to emails.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience with cash handling.
• Have good computer skills.
• Have good local knowledge.
• Have previous experience in the hotel industry.

It is important that you are available throughout the summer.

Hotel and Restaurant Hovs Hallar is a conference facility on the Bjäre Peninsula. We currently have 49 double rooms and suites. Our restaurant accommodates up to 170 guests, and we serve breakfast, lunch, and à la carte. We also arrange some weddings and birthdays.
