Become a Mossbylundare this summer – we are looking for a RUNNER!

We are now looking for you who want to help create unforgettable experiences this summer in the role of Runner.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a RUNNER at Mossbylund and Bongska Huset, you are an essential part of the operation and contribute to memorable guest experiences through close cooperation between the kitchen and service, helping to create a smooth and efficient service flow.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

- Setting and preparing the restaurant for service
- Washing dishes and maintaining serving equipment, cooking utensils, and tableware
- Serving and presenting the dishes our guests have chosen
- Assisting the service staff with clearing and resetting tables

WHO ARE YOU?

To thrive as a RUNNER, experience in the service industry is an advantage, but it is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are a true Mossbylundare at heart: cheerful, positive, and not afraid to share a smile. You always greet our guests with a cheerful demeanor and some friendly words, even when you cannot help directly – for sometimes that is what makes all the difference. With us, personality always comes before experience.

You are flexible, enjoy being active, and thrive just as well when the pace is slow as when it is full speed. The role is physically active, which you see as part of the adventure. You can communicate in both Swedish and English. A driver's license and access to a car or other vehicle is a big plus if you do not live within cycling distance, as public transport does not always reach all the way to Mossbylund in the evening.

The employment is a temporary position during the summer with work on both weekdays and weekends. We would like you to be able to work weekends already in the spring for proper training, and the opportunities to continue working weekends with us in the fall are great.

Salary according to the agreement between HRF and Visita as follows:

From 19 years From April 1, 2025; 121.51 kr/h From April 1, 2026; 124.92 kr/h

From 18 years From April 1, 2025; 112.42 kr/h From April 1, 2026; 115.56 kr/h

From 17 years From April 1, 2025; 107.85 kr/h From April 1, 2026; 110.87 kr/h

Under 17 years From April 1, 2025; 98.87 kr/h From April 1, 2026; 101.64 kr/h
