We are currently seeking a waiter or waitress who wants to join the Strandhuset team.

About the Role

As a waiter/waitress at Strandhuset, you are a vital part of the overall experience. You are responsible for your own station and work closely with the kitchen and bar to create service that is personal, professional, and memorable.

You greet guests with energy and engagement, guide them through the menu and beverage selection, and ensure that every visit is an experience they will want to repeat.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in an à la carte setting.
• Manage your own station.
• Recommend food and drinks based on guests' preferences.
• Ensure a high level of service throughout the entire dining experience.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar for smooth service flow.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and a strong team spirit.

• Experience in à la carte restaurant service.
• A passion for service and enjoying interactions with people.
• An interest in food, wine, and beverages.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm during intense service periods.
• A team player who wants to grow and develop alongside colleagues.

Bar knowledge or a strong interest in wine and beverages is a plus, but most importantly, we value your willingness to learn and provide guests with a fantastic experience.

The position follows the restaurant's opening hours and involves working days, evenings, and weekends, Monday through Sunday.
