Nordic Recycling is a specialized player in the collection of household waste and a reliable partner with extensive experience, strong results, and effective, innovative solutions.

We are now looking for a dedicated and service-oriented customer service representative/administrator for our office in Gothenburg who wants to be an important part of our daily operations and support our facilities across Sweden.

We handle inquiries from end customers regarding household waste, subscriptions, invoices, and other matters related to our services. In this role, you will be a central contact point and an important representative of our service and quality.

About the Role

As a customer service representative/administrator, you will receive and manage incoming inquiries from individuals and customers. You provide professional service, register cases, follow up questions, and ensure that each customer receives accurate and clear information.

You will also support our facilities administratively, for example, with documentation, simpler reporting, and coordination of cases.

To thrive in this role, you need to be service-oriented, structured, and confident in communicating with different types of customers. You will be part of a positive and experienced team where we work together to create high quality in every contact with operations managers and transport leaders across the country.

This is a new and independent customer service function where you get a unique opportunity to help shape work methods, routines, and service processes – and thrive in a role where you work independently in your daily tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, case management system.
  • Provide service and information regarding household waste, subscriptions, invoices, and other questions.
  • Register and follow up cases in our systems.
  • Support our facilities administratively with documentation and simpler reporting.
  • Ensure high quality in every customer contact and contribute to the improvement of routines and work methods.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in operations, planning, and management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, administration, or another service-oriented role.
  • Good communication skills and very good Swedish in speech and writing.
  • Familiarity with digital systems and administrative work.
  • Experience in waste management or a similar industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to work structured, independently, and solution-oriented.
