Your Role
The position of Account Manager is newly established and will become an important role within the service department. Your mission will consist of selling renovations and upgrades of purification plants to our existing customers in industries such as industrial, biogas, and oil - both in Sweden and abroad.
You will work closely with the service manager, service coordinator, and project managers to meet our customers' needs regarding upgrades, renovations, service agreements, etc.
Your responsibilities will include
* Mapping, documenting, and updating our installation base with our customers
* Developing and managing customer relationships nationally and internationally
* Identifying business opportunities and actively working on sales of improvements and upgrades
* Being responsible for the entire sales chain from quote to business
* Maintaining ongoing dialogue with customers regarding improvements, upgrades, and future needs
* Collaborating with global colleagues and internal functions
* Working systematically with pipeline, forecasts, and customer development
* Being the contact person for selected customers
* Planning and executing customer events
* Coordinating internal resources
* Following up on customer satisfaction
The position is based at our office on Olskroksgatan in Gothenburg, where you will sit close to both colleagues and decision-makers. You will be a key player in a smaller, experienced team where the pace is high and collaboration is strong. The position involves some travel, which we estimate to be 50-100 travel days annually.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone at the beginning of their sales career who wants to grow in an international and technology-oriented sales role.
You are, for example, a recent graduate in engineering or a master's degree with an interest in business and sales and have likely worked for a year or more in technical sales within the B2B segment. The position requires technical understanding and business acumen.
We have a large customer base which requires you to be both structured and analytical.
As the position is new, it will be changeable. Being flexible and open is therefore a significant advantage.
In meetings with both customers and colleagues, you are attentive and communicative, which allows you to quickly build trust and establish good relationships.
