Job Description
We are now looking for someone who wants to take a key role in our continued development. As a B2B salesperson responsible for resellers, you will be an important link between Fambra, our partners, and industrial customers. Primarily, you will target customers and potential opportunities in Western Sweden.
You will have overall responsibility for developing and strengthening our reseller network while actively targeting new customers within the manufacturing industry. The role is both strategic and operational – you plan long-term but also enjoy being out with customers where the business actually happens.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and structuring the reseller network
- Driving active new customer acquisition towards industry and technical buyers
- Providing technical advice on torque tools and fastening technology
- Planning and conducting joint customer visits with resellers
- Conducting product training and technical presentations
- Working on quote preparation and follow-up
- Strategically working on district and market development

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is relationship-oriented, structured, and results-driven. You have a strong business drive and thrive in a role where you independently plan and drive your work forward. You instill confidence in dialogue with both technical buyers and resellers and have a natural ability to build long-term collaborations. Your technical curiosity means you enjoy delving into the customer's application and contributing solutions that create real value.
We see that you have:
- Experience in technical B2B sales
- Good understanding of industrial processes and mechanics
- Experience working with or against resellers
- Familiarity with working towards clear goals and budgets
- Knowledge of torque tools, ISO 6789, calibration, or fastening technology is a plus
