About the Position

Do you want to work in a store where customer interaction is as important as making everyday operations run smoothly behind the scenes? We are now looking for a Store Assistant for a broad and varied role at Elon in Ulricehamn, where service, responsibility, and practical work go hand in hand.

Responsibilities

As a Store Assistant, you will meet customers daily and guide them to the right products and solutions based on their needs. You will work with advising, sales, and cash handling, as well as being responsible for orders and customer inquiries.

You will also be involved in the store's daily operations, which includes inventory management and contributing to a structured and well-functioning store environment with a high level of service. The work is varied and combines customer-facing tasks with practical elements. Heavy lifting may occur, and if needed, delivery and simple installation at the customer's location may also be included.

Working Hours

Week 1: Mon-Fri 9:40 AM - 6:15 PM
Week 2: Mon-Sat 9:40 AM - 6:15 PM (Sat 9:40 AM - 2:15 PM and one day off during the week)

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We prefer that you have experience from retail, service, or another role with customer contact. Experience in sales or technical products is an advantage but not a requirement.

• Driver's license (B)
• Good computer skills
• Basic knowledge of Swedish and English
