We are now looking for you who want to work extra as a store salesperson for our fantastic client Blomsterlandet in Gothenburg and work in their stores in Backaplan, Sisjön & Partille. You will be employed by us at Retail Knowledge but work at Blomsterlandet. Here we offer great flexibility as you can easily set your availability that suits your everyday life via our app. All to ensure that this fits your needs and those of our customers.

You are a person who is passionate about meeting people and fulfilling customer needs. As part of our team, you will have varied tasks, such as cash handling, sales, and restocking. Regardless of the task, the focus will always be on providing our customers with fantastic service. You enjoy flexible tasks and see it as an opportunity for development.

Working as a pool employee with us at Retail Knowledge means that you are both an ambassador for us and for the client you are assigned to. For you to thrive in this role, it is important that you are a positive and service-minded person who easily communicates with others and enjoys that no day is the same at work.

Requirements to become a pool employee with us

• You have another main occupation for at least a year ahead. Please note that it needs to consist of studies or part-time work.

• You are available to work store hours, i.e., mornings, evenings, and weekends.

• You can work at least two weekdays a week and one weekend day, or alternatively three weekdays.

• You thrive in a flexible job and have the ability to step in at short notice.

• You are flexible and can take shifts at short notice when needed.

• You communicate and collaborate easily with others.

• You enjoy exceeding customer expectations and are driven by personal interaction.

• You thrive in a sales role.

• You speak and write fluent Swedish.
