We are now looking for a temporary Marketing Project Leader for Jula Creative Studio, as one of our colleagues will soon go on parental leave. You will be a central part of our Project Team and lead creative, commercially driven projects across all five markets. In this role, you will work with a holistic perspective, from idea and planning to implementation and follow-up, ensuring that the project group, consisting of Art Directors, Copywriters, and photographers/videographers, delivers solutions that maintain a high creative and graphic standard, follow the brief, and meet business goals. You are the hub of the team, responsible for ensuring that the marketing process runs smoothly, that timelines are adhered to, and that communication aligns with Jula's commercial expression.

Creative Studio is the creative and operational engine of our marketing organization, ensuring that Jula's communication is seen, felt, and heard in the right way, at the right time, and with the right effect. We work centrally but with a strong local understanding through our market offices in Norway, Poland, and Finland, delivering effective, brand-building, and commercially driven productions – always with the customer in focus.

What’s in your CV?

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in marketing or equivalent, as well as several years of experience in commercial marketing within retail. You have worked in a project management role – or closely with project management – and are used to driving work forward with structure, clarity, and business focus.

It is an advantage if you have experience leading others, formally or informally, and you have a genuine interest in graphic design and visual expression. You have good knowledge of the Office suite and excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.

Good to know

The position is a full-time temporary role for one year, with a great possibility of extension. The location is at our headquarters in Skara. Jula has a collective agreement with Unionen. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline, which is March 15.
