Summer Temp Positions Available at Stora Coop Skövde

We are currently seeking summer temps for our store Stora Coop Skövde. We want you to have a good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, see the customer's needs, and deliver the best customer service in the industry with pride and joy.

As a person, you are creative and are happy to come up with suggestions and ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-oriented, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and streamline both the business and yourself.

Your tasks will either be assigned in our bakery where you will work with bake-off/dough products or in our Fish & Deli department where you will handle the sale of fish and delicacies to our customers. Other common store tasks such as customer service, cashier work, and stock replenishment may also be included. Regardless of the department, customers should always be met with a fresh and well-stocked store and receive top-class service.

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and feel confident handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in a bakery or Fish/Deli is highly meritorious, and experience in grocery retail is also very valuable, but personal suitability is the most important for us.

The positions are summer temp roles for 25-30 hours/week during the period of weeks 26-33 (June-August). Recruitment is ongoing, and positions may be filled before the application deadline.
