Previous experience is desired
We are looking for a customer representative who will be responsible for all customer contacts and the handling of our customers in collaboration with the rest of the organization.
You will work in our booking and planning system and be responsible for the reception and delivery of cars, phone contact with customers, and booking of damage inspections.
Additionally, administrative tasks related to these processes will also be included.
It is advantageous if you:
have worked as a customer representative in the automotive industry
are computer literate
have a good ability to learn new systems
are experienced in handling customers both in person and over the phone
