We are looking for temporary nursing assistants for Stureby Care and Nursing Home with experience in dementia care.

Employment for 6 - 12 weeks on scheduled working hours, day, evening, or night.

Your Role

As a nursing assistant, you will work with care and service interventions based on the elderly person's care plan, wishes, and needs. You will become part of the team around the elderly, your expertise is in care.

Your Competence and Experience

Completed education as a nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. Computer skills and proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as documentation and reporting are part of the work. Knowledge in medication management.

Desirable experience includes:

• Dementia care
• BPSD (behavioral and psychological symptoms in dementia) care measures
• Palliative care
• Previous medication delegation

You are communicative and good at collaborating with others. Furthermore, we see that you are flexible and have the ability to adjust tasks based on changing priorities. You have empathy in your interactions with others and a genuine interest in working in the profession. We see that you are professional and engaged in your role as a nursing assistant.
