About Us
At Väddö Vård, we meet the needs of our clients for care and rehabilitation at home. Our goal is to provide good and safe care where clients feel secure, involved, and well treated. We work according to the values of Safety, Care, Respect, and Empathy.
Job Responsibilities
You will actively participate in clients' planning and perform rehabilitation efforts through home visits. If needed, there is also a training facility available. Our largest target group is the elderly, but clients of all ages may occur.
The work is carried out in close collaboration with physiotherapists, nurses, and home care services.
Who Are You?
You are an occupational therapist with Swedish professional certification and an interest in working with the elderly.
You have a very good ability to independently plan your day, prioritize tasks, make independent assessments, and document.
You have a high professional pride and a strong drive to make a difference for all our clients.
Since we work in interdisciplinary teams, it is important that you also enjoy teamwork and are good at collaborating.
A B driver's license is required.
Experience in home rehabilitation is an advantage.
