Noga Omsorg is now looking for dedicated and caring staff to join our home care team in Västerhaninge during the day. Are you interested in making a difference in other people's lives by providing high-quality care? Then this job is for you!

As part of our team, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks within home care during the day. Your main responsibilities include:

• Personal care and assistance with hygiene
• Cooking and meal assistance
• Accompanying to medical appointments and other activities
• Light cleaning and laundry
• Psychosocial support and companionship

To be successful in this role, we prefer that you have:

• Experience in care and support, especially home care
• Healthcare assistant training
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Empathetic skills and a genuine interest in helping others

We offer a full-time position with fixed working hours Monday to Friday. You will work one weekend every 6 weeks. The employment is permanent with a 6-month probationary period.
