H2 NEUROLAB is a neurophysiological outpatient clinic located in Lidingö/Stockholm and operates within the healthcare choice system in the Stockholm region.

In our state-of-the-art facilities, we perform diagnostic examinations of functional disorders in the brain, nervous system, musculature, and sensory organs, such as EEG, ENeG, EMG, neuromuscular ultrasound, MEP, SEP, VEP, thermotest, and autonomic function tests. At H2 Neurolab, we are quality certified and continuously work with quality, patient safety, and work environment issues with clear goals and follow-ups. We are accredited by Swedac as a testing laboratory for EEG, ENG, EMG, and Thermotest according to ISO/IEC 15189:2022. We have 2 neurologists/neurophysiologists, 2 biomedical analysts, and 2 secretaries/administrators working with us. Here, you will work with constant collegial support and close collaboration between different staff groups. We offer a structured, well-planned operation with varied work content that covers almost the entire spectrum of clinical neurophysiology, emphasizing peripheral neurophysiological diagnostics. We possess specialized competence in neuromuscular ultrasound diagnostics.

Job Responsibilities

The position involves performing all basic neurophysiological examinations on children and adults.

Other job responsibilities include:

• working towards the overall goals of the organization and ensuring that established goals are achieved with the most efficient use of resources possible within the framework of the management system.
• assisting in the development, optimization, and quality assurance within clinical neurophysiology and implementing local/regional/national guidelines together with method responsible personnel.
• ensuring that the neurophysiology unit meets the requirements according to ISO/IEC 15189:2022 in general and within the examinations included in the accreditation, and ensuring that even non-accredited methods, as far as reasonable, comply with these requirements.
• Supervision/introduction of BMA students/resident doctors and new colleagues.

Qualifications

You are a licensed biomedical analyst with a focus on clinical neurophysiology. You have at least 3 years of professional experience in clinical neurophysiology.

Clinical experience in ultrasound diagnostics and previous experience in quality work are considered advantageous.

You are proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Additional Information

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. You will work daytime, Monday to Friday. No on-call duty is required.
