JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The preschool team consists of staff who visit various preschools in Kiruna municipality where you will meet many children and colleagues in preschool. The preschool team comes to a preschool to give regular educators the opportunity for joint planning. Therefore, it is important that you are a person who is flexible and enjoys variation, both in terms of colleagues, children, parents, and workplaces. You will work together in teams based on applicable governing documents and guidelines for preschool. Together in the team, you work for the children's development and learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a childcare education. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented, with an adaptable approach. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily create good relationships. A positive outlook where opportunities rather than obstacles are noticed is characteristic of you. We prefer that you have experience working in preschool. We place great importance on personal suitability.

A driving license (B) is a requirement.
