ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on a temporary basis, extra as needed for our female client just outside Piteå. We are looking for three people who want to work extra as substitutes. This is suitable for you who may have other commitments during the day or are studying. But there is a chance for a lot of work!

The working hours are varied between day, evening, and night. The schedule is being revised, so this is an example of the working hours:

• 08:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM
• 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM
• 10:00 PM - 08:00 AM

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see that you can start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman who enjoys going for walks, exercising, and watching TV. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she is wheelchair-bound.

The tasks include:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores
• Assisting/helping with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Transfers

The client uses an electric wheelchair, shower chair, and lift.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We prefer that you are calm, as great importance is placed on personal suitability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language
• Ability to tolerate pets - there are animals in the home
• Non-smoker

MERITS

• Driver's license and access to your own car
• Experience in healthcare and social care

Employment rate: Temporary substitute as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
