ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 50% for our child client in Boden. You will initially work on a temporary contract with no fixed end date, but if there is a good personal match with the client, there are good chances for a permanent schedule. There is also the opportunity to work extra up to 100% if you wish. With this client, there is double staffing around the clock, meaning you will always work together with a colleague.

In this temporary position, you will work weekdays and weekends according to the following hours:

  • 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM

  • 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM (awake night)

The start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a 5-year-old girl who loves to play and have fun. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has Crouzon syndrome.

The tasks include:

  • Support with daily routines, including household chores

  • Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

  • Handling aids such as tracheostomy and feeding tube

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, responsible, and engaged. We prefer that you are used to working awake nights and understand what that entails.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

  • Tolerate dogs, as there is a dog in the client's home

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with tracheostomy

  • Experience working with children

Employment Rate: Temporary 50%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
