At Medpro Clinic Åmål, over 60 colleagues work within 13 different professions, offering a complete primary care service to our 11,000 registered patients.

We provide medical consultations, nursing consultations, home care, specialist nursing consultations for diabetes, asthma/COPD, vaccinations, lifestyle habits, as well as rehabilitation with occupational therapists and physiotherapists. We have a large team for mental health, including a clinic for Young People's Mental Health.

About the position

As a diabetes nurse with us, you will manage and develop the diabetes clinic at the health center in close collaboration with the rest of the team. We tailor care to the patient's needs, which may involve home visits, sample collection, and telephone advice.

The position also involves participating in the health center's other work, such as nursing consultations, vaccinations, and telephone advice.

About you

You are a licensed nurse or district nurse with diabetes competence. We believe that you who are applying are an engaged person who is passionate about primary care and has a desire to develop yourself and our operations.

You enjoy working both independently and in a team, as our work model is based on teamwork both within the profession and cross-professionally.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and the ability to fit into the team.

Scope: Full-time

Employment type: Permanent employment, we apply a 6-month probationary period
