Welcome to Närhälsan Gibraltar rehabilitation clinic.

We are a well-established rehabilitation clinic located centrally in Gothenburg. The clinic is large with over 40 employees; occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, rehabilitation assistants, and administrative staff. Our workplace is characterized by good cohesion and community in a creative environment. The work is varied and stimulating, and there are good development opportunities with both external and internal training and collegial supervision.

About the job

Your tasks include assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions among patients you will encounter as a physiotherapist include: issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, and mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is developed.

The work is primarily conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Some work can be performed remotely. Treatment of patients occurs both individually and in groups.

The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the operations in an ongoing improvement process.

About you

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession or primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome new graduates.

You have experience working independently, organizing and planning your work effectively based on set goals. You can handle an uneven workload and unforeseen events. You enjoy collaborating and cooperating with colleagues both internally and externally. You are good at and enjoy working with colleagues and other partners in your work. You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

About the recruitment process

Selection is made in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. After the application period, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
