About us

Närhälsan Partille Health Center is centrally located in Partille, just east of Gothenburg.

From central Gothenburg, it takes about 10 minutes by train. We have approximately 11,200 registered patients that reflect the demographics of the area with a variety of cultures, socioeconomics, and ages.

We are a competent and well-knit team that collaborates effectively, and everyone is involved in the development of the health center. About the job

Your tasks at the health center will span a wide range of responsibilities within the field of general medicine, where you will meet patients of all ages and situations. You will be part of a team with doctors, nurses, psychologists, and nursing assistants.

The work involves both acute and planned activities. Close collaboration will occur with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally within the team, where there is an opportunity for guidance and support.

About you

You are a licensed nurse. It is an advantage if you have experience working in primary care, but we also welcome newly graduated nurses.

In your work, you will meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and that it is natural for you to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing.

A professional approach and a good attitude towards customers, patients, and colleagues are a given for you. We also see that you embody Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

About the recruitment process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who will call candidates for a phone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager will make a second selection of the applicants and invite them for an interview at the health center.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
