ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first contact for our customers and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating a positive customer experience. You will be the face of the company, handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with outstanding service. This is because you stay updated on the company's products and services and can effectively navigate systems with your good computer skills. This summarized is the key to success in this role!
In this role, there will also be a strong focus on upselling, where you actively identify and offer additional products and services that may be of value to the company's existing customers. This makes your role both challenging and rewarding, and therefore experience and interest in sales is a requirement for the position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via various channels
- Provide support and solve problems effectively and professionally
- Inform customers about products, services, and solutions
- Focus on upselling to existing customers by actively identifying and offering additional products and services that may be of value to customers.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form, as the language is used daily in your work.
- Has previous experience from a customer service department
- Experience in sales
- Has good computer skills and is used to working in multiple systems simultaneously
It is an advantage if you have:
- Worked in a combined role with both sales and customer service
