About the position

As a Customer Advisor at Abello, you have a central role in developing and strengthening our market presence. Your work is long-term and targets both prospective customers (users) and their relatives.

You will, among other things:

• Proactively drive sales and customer acquisition
• Present Abello in various contexts, for example at pensioner associations and other networks
• Meet potential customers in public environments such as shopping centers, stores, and squares
• Contribute to strengthening Abello's brand and market position

You will report to the Operational Manager for Lund, Svedala, and Trelleborg. (You will also work with Landskrona.)

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is:

You express yourself fluently in both spoken and written Swedish. We also appreciate an interest in digital tools and good experience with the Office suite.

It is meritorious (but not a requirement) if you also have experience in:

• Previous work in home care or the healthcare sector
• Project management
• Digital marketing (website, social media, Google Ads)
• Production of printed materials and work with graphic profiles

You have a B driver's license as the position involves travel within our operational area, which includes Landskrona, Lund, Svedala, and Trelleborg.

In the recruitment process, we use psychological testing for candidates selected for interviews and background checks for the final candidate.
