ABOUT THE POSITION

Academic Work is looking for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client. The assignment is full-time with immediate start and initially runs until August, with a chance for extension. The work is scheduled Monday to Friday with working hours from 07:00 to 16:00 and 08:00 to 17:00. You will initially receive a thorough introduction to have the best conditions for success in the role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

As a Customer Service Representative, you will sit in an open office together with the rest of your colleagues. Your tasks will consist of receiving error reports from customers and private individuals via phone. Together with your colleagues, you will work towards achieving the company's high service goals.

Furthermore, you will handle customer inquiries via both phone and email, along with the associated administration, and support corporate clients through administrative tasks related to contract and invoice inquiries.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has work experience in customer service with phone as the primary tool
  • Has very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
  • Has good data and system skills

It is meritorious if you:

  • Have knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, and/or Connect
  • Have experience working with contract and invoice inquiries

To succeed well in the role, it is required that you are focused on helping their customers and your colleagues. You are a cheerful and positive person who enjoys working in an environment where the pace is sometimes high and all processes and routines are not yet set. You will have a lot of contact with corporate clients, private individuals, service technicians, and team leaders, which requires good collaboration skills. You are a pronounced team player and also have the ability to perform individually. Furthermore, we also see that you understand the importance of good and professional behavior in a serious workplace.
