About the assignment

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Business / Product Lead who, during a parental leave replacement, will lead and further develop the flex area within Customer Solutions Nordic. The flex area includes products and services related to smart management of electric vehicle charging (incl. V2X), batteries, solar panels, and heat pumps for the B2C market.

The assignment is strategic and coordinating, focusing on creating a common direction, clear priorities, and progress in a rapidly changing environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, Nordic collaborations, and external partners, as well as participate in strategic forums related to future energy services.

Your assignment

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring strong collaboration and alignment within the flex area at the Nordic level

Developing and updating the flex strategy, prioritization model, and roadmap

Conceptualizing, initiating, and driving initiatives and projects within the flex business

Leading work on offering development and commercial packaging

Strengthening the team's working methods, processes, and business capabilities

Demonstrating how digital tools and AI can be used to support product development and concept design

Inspiring and challenging the organization to think innovatively about products, services, and future business opportunities

You will also support New Propositions in broader work related to product and service development.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

At least 5–7 years of experience in business and/or product development, preferably in combination with product management

Experience leading complex initiatives in cross-functional and Nordic environments

Good understanding of digital services in combination with hardware

Strong commercial perspective and experience in B2C business

Ability to drive forums, working groups, and steering groups at a senior level

Experience working in changing and complex organizations

Meritorious

Experience from energy-related ecosystems, smart homes, or solution-based digital services

Experience with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

Practical use of AI tools in product, business, or concept development

Experience with business testing, MVP development, or experiment-based product development (e.g., Design Thinking)
