Project Manager/Production Manager for Campaign Production

On behalf of our client OSS Nordics, we are now looking for a driven project manager/production manager for campaign production for OSS chain customers. Are you the one we are looking for?

About the Position

As a project manager in signage and decor, you will have several areas of responsibility and will work with OSS Nordics retail chain customers. Some of the main tasks include:

• Overall responsibility from inquiry to purchase, final delivery.
• Contact with customers and internal departments.
• Time and resource planning.
• Ensure that projects are delivered within the promised timeline and budget with high quality.
• Administrative work with order registration, purchasing, delivery control, and invoicing.
• Develop supplier relationships.
• Work with project follow-up internally and with the customer.

Practical Information:

Start date: As agreed, as soon as possible.
Location: The office is currently in Norrviken, but our client will move to new premises more centrally.
Scope: Full-time.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school education and preferably training in project management/production planning, economics, or similar.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and unpretentious.
• Has previous experience working in the industry or a closely related field.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written (knowledge of Norwegian is an advantage).
• Can work fluently in Excel and other Office packages.
• Is sales-oriented and has a business drive.
