About the role

As a customer service representative, you will work with both private and corporate clients, handling everything from quick everyday questions to more complex cases that require analysis and investigation. You are an important contact point for the customer, combining a high level of service with a business-oriented approach.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling customer inquiries related to financial agreements, interest rates, redemption requests, transfers, deferments, and complaints
• Active customer dialogue via phone, chat, and email
• Upselling by identifying customer needs, offering relevant products, and informing about services
• Ongoing administration and documentation in business systems

Your background

We believe you have:

• A basic education in economics or equivalent experience
• Previous work in service, preferably with a sales focus
• Experience with customer contact via phone, chat, and email
• Good understanding of financing services and additional services (meritorious)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
