In the role of Coordinator, you will work closely with colleagues in the Lock and Alarm departments. You will be the link between the departments and support with customer service and administrative tasks, aiming to promote openness and collaboration between departments to ensure the best service for customers and colleagues.

In addition, the role includes:

Invoicing and approval of supplier invoices
Customer service via phone and email
Handling complaints
Coordinating service jobs

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys a coordinating role where no two days are the same. You are a good judge of character and solve problems with ease. Furthermore, we see that you are structured, social, meticulous, have a technical interest, and are passionate about delivering the best possible service to both customers and colleagues.

We believe you have experience from previous administrative roles and are familiar with system management as well as having good knowledge of the Office suite. Experience from the security industry is a plus but not a requirement.

The work takes place on-site at the Johanneshov office as you will be working closely with store staff, technicians, and other coordinators. Therefore, remote work is not an option.

The assignment is part of our consulting operations, which means you will be employed by PerformIQ with good chances of further employment directly with the client.
