We are currently seeking a driven Business Development Representative for Edenred.

We believe that you thrive working towards clear sales goals and have a natural drive to create business. You enjoy building relationships, are self-motivated, and find it easy to communicate with different types of people. In this role, you will drive the entire sales process, from the first contact to closing, as well as sell our benefit solutions and the gift card Delicard.
You will be an important part of our work to identify and create new relationships and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and experience.
You will be responsible for creating and presenting offers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth transition to implementation. You will be part of the New Business team while also being part of a large sales team with other driven salespeople. You will report to the Sr Sales Manager, New Business & SME.

- Lead the entire sales process and tailor offers to our services and products, focusing on acquiring new customers
- Contribute to our growth by creating value for our customers
- Collaborate with colleagues in sales and marketing to develop attractive offers that match our customers' needs
- Work in a professional sales team and share your insights and experiences
- Be an ambassador for our services and brands
We believe you have:
- Experience in sales, preferably from a similar role
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
- Strong social skills and an ability to build new relationships
- Ability to work independently while enjoying collaboration in a fast-paced environment
- A completed high school diploma

- Communicative and curious – you find it easy to make contact both externally and internally
- Structured and results-oriented, with a constant customer focus
- Goal-oriented – you enjoy working towards clear goals and are driven by seeing results
- Responsible, unpretentious, and proactive
- A strong relationship builder with customers, as well as a good team player with other colleagues
