KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - ADAPT EVENT & EXPO AB, STOCKHOLM

We are looking for a skilled relationship builder with strong business drive and a broad network within the event industry to Adapt Event & Expo AB!

As a Key Account Manager at Adapt, you have overall responsibility for your clients - from the first contact to the delivered event. You contact, attract, establish, and develop long-term customer relationships and are responsible, together with Adapt's Project Managers, for ensuring that event projects are executed with high quality around the world.

To succeed in this role, you have a strong and established network within the event industry. You are business-driven, relationship-building, and results-oriented. As a person, you are social, trustworthy, and have an easy time connecting and maintaining good customer relationships. You are used to taking full responsibility for your business and are structured and meticulous in your work.

Responsibilities:

• Actively pursue and win new clients
• Develop and manage existing customer relationships
• Drive customer dialogue, needs analysis, and proposal work
• Ensure delivery of events
• Be the client's strategic partner and Adapt's face to the outside world
