The municipal providers of the district consist of three units that are geographically and strategically located in Bromma.

We are now looking for a coordinator for Traneberg's home care in Alvik.

We offer care and service efforts to all who have received a support decision approved by the municipality's caseworkers. Our operations are characterized by self-determination, participation, security, and continuity.

Job Description

Together with two unit managers and two coordinator colleagues, you are responsible for planning, distributing, and guiding in the daily work. In collaboration with the unit's employees, you create conditions for our users to feel secure based on individual wishes and needs.

You achieve success in your role by collaborating, having a good attitude, and a responsive approach.

You are the one who receives orders from the district's ordering unit, plans the case together with the user at an initial meeting. You plan the efforts for the unit's employees and prioritize continuity and long-term, always in dialogue with your colleagues who perform the efforts and the user who receives our help.

Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring that implementation plans are established and that our visits and efforts are carried out and followed up correctly. You are also responsible for staffing during sick leave and vacations, supporting and guiding employees in their work and during group meetings.

In addition to this, other administrative tasks will be added.

Qualifications

  • You are a nursing assistant with experience in care and welfare work.
  • You have previously worked as a coordinator or similar and have experience in planning and work leadership.
  • You have good computer skills; we prefer that you have experience working in ParaSoL, SchemOS, and Medvind.
  • You have communicative skills and good knowledge in spoken and written Swedish as we have documentation obligations.
  • You are a team player with a holistic view.
