About the position

As a summer substitute at the Lillsjö Badväg elderly care home, your work will involve providing good care and support to the elderly. You will work from a person-centered approach and carry out the following tasks:

- Be the contact person and responsible for your clients' weekly planning and implementation plan
- Follow up on your clients' weekly planning and implementation plan
- Receive delegation of medication from the nurse
- Conduct fun activities
- Handle documents and deviations
- Together with your colleagues, take overall responsibility for planning and distributing tasks
- Maintain clear communication with HSL staff; nurse, rehabilitation staff, and on-call nurse

Who are you?

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant or caregiver with experience from elderly care or home care. In addition to education and experience, your personal qualities are equally important. For you to thrive as a summer substitute, we believe you are an outgoing and positive person who enjoys spreading joy and contributing to others' well-being. A friendly smile or some encouraging words can make a big difference in someone's day.

Desirable but not required:
- Experience working in elderly care or home care
- Experience working with individuals with dementia

The right candidate also has good opportunities for continued work in the fall.
