About us:

We are a smaller healthcare center located on Lilla Essingen in Stockholm. You can reach us by bus, tram, your own vehicle, on foot, or by boat if you wish.

As one of us is going to retire, we are now looking for a district nurse/nurse. At the healthcare center, we conduct general practitioner services, district nurse-led diabetes, asthma/COPD clinics. We have a psychologist clinic, a nearby lab, child health care, and home care.

We have approximately 7,200 registered patients and currently employ 20 staff members. Thanks to our size, the path from thought to action is short.

About the position:

You will work as a district nurse/nurse with your own clinic, telephone counseling, and chat. Work in home care may occur as needed. You will have varied and broad clinical work. The work is independent, and you always have the opportunity to receive support from experienced colleagues.

Documentation is done in the TakeCare journal system, and we work weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00 without weekends.

You will become an important part of a warm and knowledgeable team where we collaborate closely between different professions.

Qualifications:

You are a licensed district nurse or nurse. Experience in primary care is an advantage. It is desirable if you handle the TakeCare journal system and the TeleQ telephone system.

You will have contact with different types of patients and professionals, which requires you to be flexible and have good communication skills. Employment form:

Permanent employment. Full-time 100%. Part-time can be discussed. Working hours Monday to Friday. A probationary period may be applied. Start date according to agreement.
