We are looking for an occupational therapist with experience in hand rehabilitation!

Job Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities mainly consist of examining/treating patients with hand issues but may also include other occupational therapy interventions occurring in primary care, varying in scope and guided by your competence and the needs of the organization.

In primary care rehabilitation, you will meet patients with a variety of diseases, injuries, and disabilities. Supervision of students is part of the assignment. Work in home rehabilitation may occur.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed occupational therapist authorized to practice within Swedish healthcare.
  • Experience working in Swedish healthcare, preferably in primary care rehabilitation, and experience with the TakeCare journal system is an advantage.
  • Driving license B.

Employment Type:

Permanent employment 100%. Start date by agreement. A probationary period may apply.

  • background checks will be applied before hiring decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during employment.
  • employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to current directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
  • in addition to Swedish professional licensing, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
