About the Role

As a career and guidance counselor, you will:

• Support individuals in their decisions regarding education and career.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of guidance processes within the municipality.
• Provide guidance both individually and in groups, with a focus on conversation.
• Collaborate closely with various municipal departments and authorities.
• Work closely with the principal and management.

Qualifications

• Degree as a career and guidance counselor or other relevant education.
• Ability to converse and support individuals in a responsive and respectful manner.
• Good knowledge of the education system and labor market needs.
• Experience in guidance within schools or adult education is an advantage.
• Commitment to inspire and motivate individuals in their educational and career choices.
• Good IT skills and administrative abilities.
