We are growing and are now looking for a skilled social media & content creator to join our marketing team who can create and plan content that actually delivers results, more visibility, more leads, and a strong brand. We work with the sale of construction machinery and want to take the next step in our digital presence.

You will be the one capturing reality: machines, deliveries, customer cases, demos, service, the team, and everything that builds trust in an industry where credibility is everything.

This is a role for you who can both produce and publish, and who enjoys working closely with the business.

Your main tasks:

• Create, edit, and publish both video and still image content in our social media (short format: Reels/TikTok/Shorts + longer format as needed), website, brochures, print materials, etc.
• Create tailored content for our websites
• Publish in our channels (mainly Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Write copy: captions, headlines, hooks, simple scripts
• Develop a content plan in collaboration with media/sales/management
• Follow trends and algorithms to increase reach, followers, and sales
• Build a clear “content engine” with recurring formats, e.g.:
• Machine in focus (spec + benefit)
• Delivery / customer case
• “3 things you must check before you buy…”
• Service / maintenance / tips
• Comparisons and quick reviews
• Contribute to campaigns: fairs, launches, offers

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience creating content in programs such as: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, Illustrator & InDesign
• Has an understanding of social media: what drives reach and what converts
• Is creative and can contribute ideas for content, concepts, and campaigns
• Enjoys working in a team where collaboration and communication are crucial but can also work independently.
• Is up to date on social media and trends

Meritorious:

• Education from a creative/media program at university or high school
• Experience in B2B or “heavy” industries (construction, industry, transport)
• Basic advertising/boosting skills and understanding of lead flows

We are looking for a full-time position with a permanent contract, based in Motala/Nykyrka.
