🏭 About the Assignment In the role of Compiling Author, you will be part of an established department within Technical Information, where around 45 dedicated employees work to create, manage, and deliver technical information for technically advanced products. The department has a clear focus on quality, efficient working methods, and continuous development of both processes, systems, and information products. Here, you step into an environment where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and improvement work are a natural part of everyday life.

🛠️ Your Responsibilities As part of the CA team, you contribute to the department's overall competence and delivery capacity. You work systematically and carefully to compile and deliver information products while managing large amounts of information in complex and advanced system environments. The role also includes gradually taking on more advanced tasks and actively contributing to the development of the technical area.

📦 Expected Deliverables The assignment means that you will effectively and quality-assured contribute to the delivery of technical information according to set requirements and timelines. You are expected to quickly become productive in the role and continuously develop your ability to handle increasing complexity in both content and systems.

👤 Your Profile • Post-secondary education, such as university or vocational school, with a focus on information technology, data, or system science is an advantage. • A few years of experience in technical information work and familiarity with handling large amounts of information and information flows. • Very good computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and working methods. • Experience working in Excel and preferably in CMS, Jira, and Confluence. • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
