About the Role

Business Area Lighting is a nationwide and leading player in Sweden within the lighting sector. We deliver energy-efficient and sustainable holistic solutions to our customers. Examples of areas we work in include street lighting and lighting of buildings, trees, bridges, and monuments.
As a Lighting Technician, you will work with maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as renovation and new construction of outdoor lighting and lighting installations. Other electrical-related installations are also included.
We offer independent and responsible work with opportunities to influence the content and planning of your working days. You will have close collaboration with our customers and continuously analyze and solve various technical problems to ensure a well-lit and safe environment in society.
Requirements
We are looking for you who are engaged and always stand up for your colleagues. You are motivated by offering service and quality to your colleagues as well as customers, and you always act professionally in your work.
Independence is a large part of the work and an important part of being able to move the work forward. We are therefore looking for you who take responsibility and have a high commitment to your assignments. You never compromise on safety – neither your own nor others'. At Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first!
We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like you to already have:
- A technical education of at least upper secondary level (preferably within electricity/power engineering) or equivalent work experience
- Preferably work experience as an electrician.
- Category B driver's license, as daily travel is part of the role.
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
- IT proficiency
Meritorious
- Experience with lighting technology
- Training for ESA (Electrical Safety Authority) and Work on the Road
